I just got my full lab test results from pathlab. And guess what? My cholesterol is getting higher and higher especially my LDL despite the fact I have been eating oat (and still having them) for my breakfast for the past 6 months!?? Gosh! :(

Kuantan :D

I'm in Kuantan right now, going back to KL in 1 hour time :) we woke up late today, unable to get a glimpse of that magnificent sunrise view. He wanted to swim so badly and so we're here. We swam a bit yesterday morning and I end up with 1 shade darker -_- he even annoyed me more, wailing why he can't get himself darker :/ so I insist not to go into the water today :D smart move.

Can you see him in the picture? Happy, contented boy in the middle of the empty, huge pool :D

Please, don't get all abhor over my obsession.
