Ahh! I'm waiting for my grilled salmon for my dinner! Hehe, its our first time eating in Taste Steak House together with my family, they never been here, apparently my brother thought its a, u know, pub or something because its real dark. But so far, no complaints from them yet and they are halfway finishing their food while I'm still waiting -_-

Its dark here but we requested to switch on the lights. XD

KaHiong Ngiu Chap

Ed brought us to this Kah Hiong Ngiu Chap in Hill Top, Kota Kinabalu.

Oh by the way, Ngiu is "cow" and Chap is "mix". So its like Ngao Lam, lor.

As usual, no descriptions will be given because I suck in describing. Just make sure you'll get your tongue reach Kah Hiong's cow, okay? XD

Bubble tea!

We dropped by 1 Borneo for some bubble tea after our lunch.

I don't remember what drink is this, I just tag their orders along. :D

This is green tea something something nai cha. Anyway, it tastes great!! The pearl is wayyy better than any other placess :x
I'm no good in babbling or describing, do get your own bubble tea from TeaBox and probably u'll get what I was trying to express right here :D

My breakfast

This is my breakfast every working morning before I go to work. Do you have any idea what this is?

I joined the others for blood test last October when I was working in Satellite, which is near Female Medical Ward. My PPF and YM told me I can get my blood tested for free. Dumb enough my colleague and I went to the pathology lab and ask for a blood test. They were bewildered when we came like that without any appointments and claimed to be FOC? We left with embarassment and told our PPF in Satellite.

They were like, God how can you guys be that dumb?

O.o

Hehe. Then the PPF led us to Female Medical Ward, and talked to the nurse. The nurse drew our blood, filled in the paper, get signature from the Doctor, and sent the lab test requests together with the rest of the patients. LOL.

In the end, I get to know my LDL is 2.99 which is higher than the normal level.

And I swore to take Quaker to reduce my cholesterol. I was taking the real Quaker oat before that. And when time passes by, my mom used her special kind of blender to blend some other types of oat together with my original oat. So there there. I really don't know what I'm eating, just hope that it eats all my bad cholesterol away, bahahaha! -_-
