sounded familiar isn't it? It's broadcasted in the radio practically everyday!
personally love the beat, and it got me googled for this song.
Ah! its from Colby O Donis (no wonder the beat is awesome!)
guess who's the other female voice?
MizzNina.
I thought she's like the rest, eg. Kat Deluna, Mary J Blige, or them.

Little did i know that... she's a Malaysian. :\
*my mouth is still gapped opened*

yes. She's like Che'nelle, Zee Avi.
A Malaysian. :\

*screams!*
I totally love Malaysia! Malaysian singers are terrific!
I remember there are more, but i can't recall right now. Che'nelle is the first who impressed me, followed by Zee Avi, and now, MizzNina?

I'm proud to be a Malaysian. =D
We excel in different kinds of industries!

oh gosh, this beat is addictive.

Hey Sexy from Kuala Lumpur
ROFL.
i like it when he pronounced Kuala Lumpur. :p

The long-ago-post 1: Sandakan.

It has been ages since I had last updated my blog! No, I am not abandoning this blog, hehe! Definitely Not!

It’s been a month since I had graduated. Honestly, I miss everything about school, the laughter, my lecturers, the lunch time, the dinner time, the pasar malam time, the fun we had after a huge assignment is done, the break we take, the time we spent in cafeteria (not that I miss their food though :\)
I still cannot believe that it’s totally over, now.
(No its not a jetlag for me, it’s a time-lag)

Kenny had got himself a job, and he’s working on shift :\ sad case huh? And tonight will be his first night working at night, again, after DHL. But the great thing is, (for his job right now), is that he only work for 7 days in 2 weeks. Do you actually get what I mean?
I’m no longer staying in Cyber, I got everything packed, and I got Kenny to go home with me! =) yes you heard me right, back to Sandakan! At the same time, he could help out a little bit in carrying my luggage.

I hope he enjoys the trip much. :\ because I did, Ha!

Guess what? I had this amazing meal in the plane, heheh. Will sure return for MAS again next time! Not to mention that their flight ticket is cheap! :D even the flight we’re in is not full at all! Cosy seatings with sufficient legrooms (for the long-legged-man, duh)

And yes, we were given some free gifts on boarding. It’s a gift written tadau kaamatan (which is also meant, er, happy harvest festivals!) I supposed, ha!

We visited Sepilok, which is also one of the largest orang utan rehabilitation centres erm, in SEA? Or what? No idea. Hehe. But do make sure you visit there whenever you are on your way to Sandakan.

I don’t usually get to see orang utans at a close distance. However, this time, I get to see them, very closely… very very closely. =)
Guess what? One of the orang utans came to us, and tried to snatch daddy’s handphone after dad took some pics of him. Guess the flash disturbs it, hehe.

He probably thought that we’re paparazzis. :\
The above picture of the orang utan is the culprit who tried to snatch daddy’s hp! Mom got shocked and tried to get rid of the orang utan!

Hm? I’m still wondering how its like to hold an orang utan’s hand. Hairy! :D I should have be the hero instead hehe.

I should have videoed the whole incident, but I am too dumbfounded to move when he attacked daddy, Sorry dad. :\

We usually get to see orang utans during feeding time. We were late, :\ and we didn’t mean to! But for goodness sake, all the orang utans are loitering at the human walkway aka the bridge. LOL. So it’s a good thing, we can get to see them in a closer distance, instead of watching it far away, trying to catch a glimpse of it!

You can tell huh? That we were really frightened to stand near the orang utan! We’re afraid that they will attack us! Thus the forced smile, wanting to get the picture captured ASAP. :D

Other than that, we visited Sabah Hotel (which is also the only luxurious 4-star-hotel in Sandakan). Its awesome, isn’t it? I used to have my piano examination in one of the ballrooms here. :\ and trust me, their air-con is friggin’ cold! It always make my palms sweat, additional with my nervousness, aw. :\

We too went to English Tea House, where they serve erm, English tea? :D

And the nearby Agnes Keith haunted house. Eeeeeeee!!!!
Nothing special in there anyway, but that house is indeed creepy… :\

I brought him to St Michael’s Church too! This church is the oldest church in Sandakan, with the age of 120 years old? =) the stained glass inside are terrific!

And guess what? They have this Time Capsule thing! Yes! Its like the one in the movie “Knowing” with Nicholas Cage in it! Creepy? Aye. :D

Bring him around for Lai-Lou-Fa, and the famous Egg-tarts. =)

A Sandakan trip is not exactly a Sandakan trip if you don’t pay a visit to The Crocodile Farm, ngek ngek ngek!

They rears a lot of crocodiles! And ostrich, and other creatures! The creature he loves most will be this one…

Yes! I still have no idea what this creature is known as, anyone? It is freaking cute! The way it stands up whenever we’re around, the way it screams and yelps? :\ do they yelp? Hahaha. Yes, and no one can stop Mr K from feeding them!

And ostrich! Eww! The hairless ostrich! Hahaha. It can’t stop “yapping” at me. :\

That Friday, we headed to Kor’s estate for a night stay, before we continue our journey to KK. We didn’t get to go much places in KK, due to the tight schedule, but Tanjung Aru beach, only. -_-

While on the way back, we stopped by Ranau where one of the places they provide Fish Spa. Ah-ha! This is no usual Fish Spa, alright? The usual one you get to see in other places, the fish are real small, which is less than 1 inch. But here? We’re so bewildered to see that huge fish!

O_O ZOMG. I was too frightened to put my feet in it! They even allow people to soak your whole body yiAKS!!!

It costs you RM5 for 15 minutes!
Basically the first 5 minutes is for you to be excited, jumping, yelling, testing the water temperature, yada yada.
Yes, I wasted that, I guess! Haha!

You can tell from the pic, I am still not all ready, yet! But daddy and mommy had been seated down for quite some time, enjoying the bites.

Despite of the hot weather and the hot sun without any shelter, its an awesome experience! :D

I brought baby to the rooftop café during the last night, before we left for KL. He seems to like the ambience there :)

<3 you loads, baby. Thanks for everything.
Till then, xoxo. I will blog more about food next. Meanwhile, i should get my laundry done, first. :D

Island Cafe, PJ on a Saturday

We were searching high and low for TM offices which are opened on Saturday and here we are in PJ. After get everything all done, we headed for our lunch and we thought of Island Cafe. I went there once with Jc and Jcca, and this will be my second visit.

Kenny wanted to go too as he said he misses the Pineapple Fried Rice which looks like this

Indeed it looks really mouthwatering! And its a huge portion too!
Other than that, he also ordered the Ice Blended Longan Milk, where he insisted nice, too.

Nice and really refreshing! :)
For my part, what I had ordered includes this butter chicken chop rice (It really looks huge!)

hmm, they put it differently in another bowl (I mean the sauce), and you can pour whatever amount you would want too. My advice? Don't pour that much, really, its too stuffy. I pour everything in and the results? I had a bloated stomach! ah-ha!

Both plates of main course cost you RM10.90 each, its affordable, and worth eating too! :)
*but of course not if you compare it to our usual hang out lunch place: Tony Roma's, tsk tsk tsk*

Er. To be frank, we over-estimate our hunger and thus, another plate of dish.

It looks so awesome in the menu, as if luring us to order it. *slurps*. Hence, here it is. Ahh, another over-filling meal of ours. -_-"
And the total bill comes: RM40+ where we cursed alot after that, telling ourselves not to overeat or over-order as this meal supposed to be cheap, alright? enough of all these!

We headed to 1Utama (as I wanted to go to Forever21 so badly teehee). But to our dismay, all the parkings are full and we were forced to park at the open parking near the new wing.

It turns out that they are having some events right here during that time, which is Meet-The-Fan-Session with the starrings in The Legend is Born - Ip Man movie.
These includes the following actor/actress

err, not sure if you can see them. hehe! but the one with the blue vest is the guy who sings the Theme Song of this movie. He did perform a little intro part of the song and his vocal is really fabulous! It gave me a fright, haha! =P
err, is he To-Yu Hang? the Ip Man in this movie?
hehe. no idea. but he does sing for the theme song ahha!

The girl next to him is Bernice Liu *aww, i love her so much =)* She's very tall already, to me, but it turns out that the female on the far right hand side with the pink dress is even taller! and that girl looks very pretty in real too! i mean both of them. i'm gonna google the other girl and check who's that. hehe!

The guy next to the pink-dress-female, do you know who's that? He too starred in the IpMan movie with Donnie Yen! Its the 金师傅. He looked so macho and muscular in real, despite the height. :\

and Yuen-Biao too! :)

I'm looking forward to watch this movie too, hope it turns out great =)

ahh! its Lunch time, toodles all! :)

Its Friday!

Yeah! Its Friday already! Its Day 7 after i had graduated. teehee.

Things to be completed:
Terminate my Streamyx in Cyber (Have to wait till I withdraw some money out. I am seriously broke right now!)
Bringing some of my Pharmacy books to my cousin? :) *was hoping she can clear my stuffs for me hehe!*
Tony Roma Lunch? <-- guess this will have to wait :( I'm not really sure when we can eat this again since Kenny starts to work next week

I had visited Souled Out for the second time in my life. I had longed to go there for their carbonara again but don't even have the time. Last night i hung out with the girls again, its been a week since i last seen them! hehe! they are busy packing I guess =)
so lazy! i guess they were amazed that i had everything packed hehe
but all my stuffs are jumbled up here! T.T
speaking of Souled Out, we ordered the carbonara linguini and the salmon alfredo~
the carbonara really disappoints me :( its no longer as nice as i had eaten it before >.<
but the salmon alfredo is superb! really nice! no pics taken as we're too hungry hehe! Its RM25 and really worth trying! :) fantastik! :)

I went to search for something for my blackheads last few days in Midvalley, I thought of BodyShop as previously a friend of mine tried that tea tree series and his acnes are all gone!
but the sales girl said tea tree series are those with serious acnes hehe. Hence, she introduced me the vitamin C scrubs.
She said," you better start scrubbing before it turns into strawberry"

strawberry!!! T.T

After-grad Day 5

haha! yes! it is after-graduation Day 5! Today i accompanied Kenny to go to some clinic to do his medical check-up (prior to his employment in HP) ya! he got a job in HP, Cyberjaya, did i tell you about that? :) honestly, I'm really glad that he found a job, not to mention this is his first interview which he did not put much high hope on it and we were quite surprise! but of course, a good one! :)

we headed to MidValley thinking of watching some movies, Bounty Hunter maybe? hehe. but it turns out that it's only showing starting from tomorrow. >.< can't wait to see Gerard Butler! yummyes! haha. ya it is weird huh? it is showing already in Cathay! but why we decided to go to Midvalley today is because I have a COD to do at night in Sri Petaling, that's why~ *and i am currently out of cash :( not forget to mention my mom had cancelled both of my supplement credit card* aww~ how pathetic!

we had our 1901 dose today! :D its RM2.99 today! do you aware that? they sell their hotdog buns (only Chicago Beef and New York Chicken which i had them both haha!) yeah! it only happens once a month, which falls on every 19th of the month. :) and owh, a cup of fresh orange juice for an addition of RM1.
sometime it makes me ponder why they have those cities name for the hotdog? when will it be a Malaysia Fish bun? =D

we went to Jusco to get ourselves some fruit juice (our favorite) and came across a new one. =) RM5 for 2 litres! despite the cheap price, they have orange pulps in the orange juice! haha! just what we're looking for! 2  litres, and we have to finish it by tonight (two of us) as we dont have a fridge. teehee.

we were walking gleefully towards Gardens thinking of having our dinner in Sushi Zanmai, and then we walked past Domino's? guess what we saw?

PROMO for today! buy one Large pizza and get one Large pizza for free! RM32.80 for two Large pizza! the usual price is RM30 for 2 regular pizzas, but this? additional of RM2.80 for an exchange of 2 Large ones! wow! it really stopped us there! we were thinking, should we? or shouldn't we? 2 regular is okay for two of us, but 2 Large? can we finish it? =P well, we contacted another Si Gemuk (Kenny's housemate) and yes! we're taking that deeeealllll!!!

additional of some cheeseballs!

argh. you cannot imagine how strong the smell of cheese is when we're getting the two Large pizzas home!

i <3 Domino's to the last bite! =P

I'm officially graduated yeay!

yup yup! i am now officially graduated as i had done with my last paper on Friday itself. We were really busy on Friday after the paper, Grand Reflection, preparing gifts for the lecturers, compiling my file and writing my logbook (yes i know, i am lazy to not have them done at first, especially the writing the logbook thing), but hey! i was thinking that he doesn't need me to hand in mah, does this explain why to you? hehe.

anyway, you know what? i had made myself a logbook as i can't find my logbook anywhere -_-. so i had made myself one, both me and Christine. haha! we took papers, and stapled it as a book, with the front cover and stuffs! lol. you should have seen it, okay? It's like a primary-school-kid work. but i am friggin' proud!

and then Bro Radzlan came around and look when I was crapping and bragged about my logbook. Oopsie. And he asked me what's that? hehehe. Hope he's not pissed when he saw this!

We have to get everything quickly done as we have a bowling thing going on on that particular day itself. We bought gifts for the lecturers, but sadly some of them are not around. and ouch! the rest made us cried! =( especially the one last hug. i'm gonna miss you loads!

honestly, i don't want to brag but indeed, they are really good lecturers! its my honor to study in CUCMS and having them taking care of me all these 4 years. They had taught me alot alot of things! academic wise or non-academically. I'm so glad i found this college and was exposed with all these activities including Terendak, PPD, disaster med and much more~~~

Wuu. T_T bye bye Cyberjaya. bye bye CUCMS, bye bye Cyberia (yippie! now i'm outta this effing sick place erwgh) bye bye Siva. >.< lol~

a bad start of a day.

i am so effing pissed off today. was waken up by some anonymous phone calls and i took it. there there. its some kind of calls from those 猪狗 you know what i mean? random phone calls, Malay man.

i kept saying "salah nombor" and he kept calling in. for Christ's sake! what the hell la, just leave me alone, you moron

my patience has a limitation, okay? on the 4th or 5th call, i say out loud "SALAH NOMBOR BAHHHH" wtf. i am really very pissed.

guess what? he called me back again and scolded me off. say "tanya lu baik baik you kurang ajar yada yada, pukimak kau yada yada...

i was like -.-" FUCK you, okay?

i cut the line. and he sent me a retard message.

repeating what he said in the phone.
hello? please? i heard what you said in the fucking phone, so fuck off okay you fucking retard!

:(

there! my mood was ruined from there and then.

Terendak :)

i'm off to Terendak (where you know, we used to have out military training there. bah!)
which is located in Malacca.
its part of our clinical attachment.
so, yeah. its a military hospital i supposed.
toodles ppl. will not be around for like few days? by Friday, yes.

my 4th week of attachment!

yup! my 4th week of attachment will be the happiest attachment so far! it is relaxing, and what's good, it satisfied my curiosity! hehe. what's that?

i was attached for O&G (Obstetric and Gynaecology) for this week! =)
Bad thing is that i got a really complicated case as my first case, and I can't get to go on the second day as i have to prepare my PCIs where other of my groupmates went and witness a delivery. however, nothing to worry about as I had been granted with a lovely and considerate groupmates and they are very willing to wait till i get to see the whole delivery process myself.

i get to witness the whole labour thing on Wednesday! :)

Jane and I were waiting (as we're the two missing out on Tuesday) from 11am after clerking our case. C'mon c'mon, we're pursuading the babies to come out for us. Too bad, i guess we're not influential enough, they refuse to come into the world when we're around. after waited for like 1 hour and 30 minutes, we headed to grab our lunch at Sushi King, and some err, shoppings =x supposed to be a last minute shopping, i have to get my hair spray as i don't want to waste my money going to the saloon. We only get back to the delivery room at 3pm. =( guess what? the babies wanted to join us for Sushi King and all of them had already came out and had their first meal! argh. T___T

I suddenly thought of a brilliant idea, hehe, which is checking their BHTs (Bed head tickets). check their dilation and the expected time, if its too late, i guess it does not worth the wait and we probably could make a return next day. I asked the doctor (omg, they are really helpful in aiding and guiding us: the lost sheep!) yupe, she told me this patient had a dilation of 7cm at 12noon, around 4pm they will do a check on the contractions.
yippie! i shouted to myself.

but err, honestly when i first saw, i was frightened and everything as i never thought that it can be that big! the hole, I say.

after some wait, we see some nurses hurried into that particular labour room. I followed as well, trying to figure out what happen. OMG i see the head! i mean, from the hole! :D all my groupmates joined me and we're watching outside the labour room (with the sliding door opened lol).

i can't exactly describe the whole magnificent event, but what i can say is that, i had watched the complete episode from the mother pushing hard, to the baby was born, to the baby's first meal, to the baby's weighing and clearing of BO, and to the removing of umbilical cord and placenta, and finally comes to the stitching.
you'll feel the surge of joy immediately when you see the baby! no wonder Mothers willing to go through all these pain just to give birth to a baby, it really worth the pain. =)

not forget to mention, the mother had 3 abortions (due to complications) before and this is the first kid of hers. we are very proud of her and happy at the same time where she delivered a healthy, cute baby boy!
fyi, its 4.0kg! it is huge!!!

really, i felt so proud of women of all the world when i saw how much pain they had gone through during labour. and i think that males should always get to see how female go through this!

our pain threshold are really high (KaeShih, 2010)

mom, love you to bits! <3

p/s: will post up pics on my annual dinner, yeah? toodles.

Psychiatric ward for the week

I had been attached to the psychiatric ward for the whole week in HKL. yeah, it is superbly interesting, in fact, seeing all the patient with their madness and some are real adorable =) in such a way how they talk to us, and act.
but when you go through their BHTs, you'll discover what a sad story behind every patient, on how they got mad and develop this psychosis in them. Some used to be a professor who used to be highly honored by everyone, some used to be a top student in engineering pursuing degree in Germany, some were due to their backgrounds, how their parents treated them. it is really sad, isn't it?

Intan (one of my crazy coursemates ;)) had mentioned, it's kinda impossible for someone to go crazy if you have a strong religious belief, which i had really agreed alot. sometimes we human need guidance from God, as long as we believe in God, we will be led by his own ways and we can always stay away from Satan's grip. agree?

Today is Good Friday, where we commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and Sunday will be Easter day (yippie, Easter eggs!), where he rose from the death.

yeap! I'm a Catholic and i'm proud of myself being born as a Catholic!

and im gonna drag him to go to church with me no matter wat! ngek ngek ngek~~~
